Priest Lake Veterinary Hospital
Pet Senior Program

-Designed specifically for pets over 7 years of age to
add important information to the physical exam.

-The purpose to identify early signs of disease processes.

-Equally important is the establishment of baseline lab values for your pet.
General lab reference ranges are too broad and limit precise evaluation
of an individual pet.

-Early diagnosis of disease processes
(before your pet shows outward signs of disease)
can help to prolong the length and quality of your pet's life.

-Pets age 7-8 times faster than humans do which means that diseases
and health problems often progress much faster in pets.

-Early treatment of a disease process is often much less expensive
and more successful than treating a more advanced condition.
